Responsibilities
- Set up, update, and enhance Dayforce modules, prioritizing Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, Recruiting, and Workflow
- Create and manage custom XML forms, workflows, validations, and approval procedures
- Detect system deficiencies and devise scalable solutions, emphasizing benefits module improvements and long-term efficiency
- Oversee security roles and permissions to guarantee proper access and data safeguarding
- Develop and distribute standard and custom workforce reports and dashboards using Dayforce, Excel, and Power BI, converting intricate HR data into understandable insights for leaders and stakeholders
- Handle the initial hiring stages from candidate application to new employee setup
- Direct the Greenhouse-Dayforce integration rollout in collaboration with TA Operations
- Work with Recruiting and HR to refine applicant tracking, offer, and onboarding processes
- Design, update, and fix integrations employing APIs, FTP, webhooks, and data mapping
- Assist with integrations linking Dayforce to external systems like ATS, benefits providers, and payroll services
- Cooperate with IT and vendors to address technical problems and execute improvements
- Produce and retain detailed process records, controls, and audit proof to satisfy compliance needs
- Perform routine audits and quality assessments to spot and rectify data errors
- Aid in adherence to data privacy and security regulations
- Promote process enhancements and automation possibilities across HR, Payroll, and Recruiting workflows
- Engage in HRIS projects from inception to execution, testing, and post-launch assistance
- Deliver end-user training and materials to boost adoption and system usage
- Act as the primary HRIS contact for Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, HR, and IT departments
- Convey system changes, discoveries, and suggestions clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams at suitable detail levels
- Perform other assigned tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HRIS administration experience in a global organization
- Practical Dayforce proficiency in Benefits, Payroll, and Onboarding modules essential
- Thorough understanding of benefits setup, eligibility criteria, enrollment methods, and carrier integrations
- Demonstrated history of correcting and enhancing benefits modules
- Proven capability with custom XML forms, workflow creation, and system adjustments in Dayforce
- Working familiarity with integrations involving APIs, FTP, webhooks, and data mapping
- Experience engaging in integration implementations necessary
- ATS experience mandatory
- Acquaintance with OKTA/SSO, NetSuite, SFDC, and Power BI
- Proficiency in Jira required
- Experience upholding compliance documentation and audit controls
- Skill in translating complex system and technical information into clear communications for leadership and partners at appropriate detail levels
