The perfect candidate possesses robust technical and analytical capabilities, exceptional precision, and demonstrated expertise managing extensive datasets, constituent relationship management platforms, and data quality protocols.
Key Responsibilities
• Sanitize, authenticate, and normalize comprehensive datasets (personal identifiers, contact information, communication details)
• Administer and refresh constituent relationship management records (Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT or equivalent)
• Execute data transfers/extractions and guarantee data consistency across interconnected systems
• Implement comprehensive data authentication, elimination of duplicates, and record enrichment through digital research
• Generate and implement queries, analytical reports, and data exports for donor/membership databases
• Chronicle methodologies, maintain comprehensive audit documentation, and report data quality performance indicators
Requirements
Core Skills & Experience
• Advanced spreadsheet mastery (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation)
• Proficiency with constituent relationship management or database platforms (Raiser's Edge NXT preferred)
• Comprehensive understanding of data architectures, normalization, and field correlation
• Expertise in data purification, reconciliation, and quality assurance
• Exceptional written communication and documentation capabilities
• Previous experience with philanthropic or contributor databases preferred
