Responsibilities
- Teaching core database design, database development, and data modeling skills
- Helping clients strengthen database optimization and data management practices
- Guiding clients on applying emerging tools like AI fundamentals and AI automation to their database work
- Offering resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance
- Providing behavioral and technical interview prep tailored to database roles
- Providing networking strategy, salary negotiation, promotion strategy, broader skill building, and support for those pursuing freelancing opportunities
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in database design or development (as a database engineer, administrator, or industry professional)
- A strong track record of building efficient and reliable data systems
- A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth
