Responsibilities
- Guide and empower multiple data engineering teams by fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance; offer technical mentorship and promote best practices in code quality and engineering standards.
- Design and evaluate robust data architectures using Databricks and modern cloud platforms; enforce coding standards, conduct reviews, and drive automation and process improvements to enhance engineering excellence.
- Ensure technical deliverables meet defined engineering and client requirements by implementing quality assurance processes that support data integrity, reliability, and governance.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand technical and business needs, acting as a trusted advisor to align solutions with strategic objectives and facilitate cross-team communication.
