Role Overview
As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in shaping how users explore and engage with homes throughout their buying journey. Working hand-in-hand with product teams, you'll uncover patterns, identify growth opportunities, and influence the direction of shopping features through rigorous analysis and experimentation.

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills and a track record of turning data into business impact. Proficiency in SQL and Python or R is essential, along with experience in statistical modeling and A/B testing. Familiarity with causal inference or propensity modeling is highly valued. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus.
