Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy predictive and generative AI systems that power marketplace and fintech use cases
- Own complex quantitative modelling and ML use cases end-to-end — from problem framing and modeling to deployment, monitoring, and iteration
- Integrate ML and GenAI components into scalable product systems
- Translate product and business goals into robust, data-driven solutions
- Monitor model performance in production and continuously improve reliability and impact
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ship measurable AI-enabled features
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong working knowledge of economics, pricing, or business operations, serving as a subject matter expert to the business
- 3 - 5+ years of experience building and deploying quantitative and ML systems in production
- Strong hands-on skills in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks
- Experience deploying models via APIs and working with AWS or comparable cloud infrastructure
- Solid understanding of ML methods, evaluation, monitoring, and MLOps practices
- Experience integrating ML or GenAI components into real-world software systems
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Curiosity, ownership mindset, and drive to continuously improve systems and products
