Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI agents with custom tools, prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and established design patterns.
- Create evaluation frameworks and performance metrics to assess AI agent effectiveness and detect recurring failure points, ensuring system reliability and strong user experience.
- Support backend systems that enable AI functionality, including building APIs, integrating data sources, and maintaining data processing pipelines.
- Monitor emerging trends in generative AI and assess applicability of novel methods to enhance the existing AI platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, design, engineering, and leadership to convert advanced AI concepts into practical features and strategies.
- Communicate technical results and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
