Key Responsibilities
- Lead the identification and scoping of AI/ML opportunities across diverse sectors
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning systems tailored to complex business needs
- Drive technical architecture and execution of production-ready models and data pipelines
- Manage deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning of ML infrastructure using MLOps practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence
- Support sales efforts by developing proposals and demonstrating technical capabilities
- Mentor team members and promote knowledge exchange across the organization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and technology partners
What You Bring
- 7+ years in AI, machine learning, or data science roles with technical delivery experience
- Proven success in leading complex technical projects from inception to closure
- Solid background in natural language processing and computer vision applications
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with MLOps tooling and production model lifecycle management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly
