Responsibilities
- Examine patterns in user behavior and product engagement to uncover growth and improvement opportunities
- Turn complex data findings into clear, practical recommendations that shape product direction and feature development
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to inform key business and product strategies
- Create and evaluate experiments to assess the impact of new features and support go/no-go release decisions
- Promote accurate and consistent data practices, including reliable metrics and experimentation standards
- Develop data infrastructure, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools to empower team decision-making
