Responsibilities
- Building full-cycle machine learning systems adapted to project-specific requirements, ensuring reliable model training and deployment in high-pressure settings
- Implementing generative AI and agentic artificial intelligence solutions for live customer environments, either by enhancing current systems or developing new services from the ground up
- Creating and engineering agentic AI workflows involving tool integration, multi-phase reasoning, and process coordination
- Predicting operational demand and refining workforce scheduling through time-series analysis and optimization techniques
- Incorporating novel functionalities and technologies into large-scale legacy software platforms by combining insights from multiple technical areas
- Conducting open-ended evaluations to detect meaningful patterns, run iterative experiments, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams
- Leading initiatives from inception to completion, guiding team members toward effective planning and timely delivery
