Responsibilities
- Design and deploy supervised and unsupervised machine learning models such as linear regression, logistic regression, and ensemble techniques to address business challenges.
- Lead the development of deep learning models including feedforward, convolutional, recurrent, and generative networks, as well as transformer and residual architectures.
- Advance natural language processing capabilities using libraries like NLTK and deep learning-based language models.
- Supervise the creation of computer vision systems using OpenCV for practical applications.
- Lead time-series analysis initiatives focused on forecasting and identifying anomalies.
- Apply advanced AI methods including Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Chain of Thought reasoning, and Model of Alignment to improve model accuracy and interpretability.
- Construct and manage scalable data pipelines supporting both real-time streaming and batch data processing.
- Design and refine lakehouse architectures using Delta or Iceberg formats with layered bronze-silver-gold data structures.
- Lead ETL development using tools such as Airflow, DBT, and Airbyte to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.
- Create and tune database schemas for transactional and analytical systems using Snowflake, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
- Develop NoSQL data solutions using MongoDB, DynamoDB, and ElasticSearch to manage unstructured and semi-structured data.
- Lead cloud infrastructure development primarily on AWS or Azure, leveraging services like Lambda, API Gateway, Batch, Kinesis, and Kafka.
- Manage MLOps workflows to ensure reliable deployment and monitoring of machine learning models using platforms like Sagemaker, Databricks, and Azure ML Studio.
- Build and refine interactive business intelligence dashboards using Tableau, QuickSight, and PowerBI to deliver actionable insights.
- Implement GPU acceleration with CUDA to improve model training speed and efficiency.
- Guide junior team members in modern AI and machine learning practices and promote technical excellence.
