Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee releases and vendor updates for the data marketplace platform to ensure core functionalities remain operational
- Track and evaluate the performance, uptime, and overall operational status of the platform
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents and operational problems
- Collaborate with enterprise technology units to manage integrations and interdependencies related to marketplace roadmap deliverables
- Oversee platform capacity planning and scalability in response to increasing usage demands
- Support access management by facilitating workflows for requesting and approving new assets or unprovisioned permissions in coordination with security and compliance teams
- Work closely with product, governance, infrastructure, and architecture teams to align platform capabilities with changing marketplace needs
- Interact with the platform vendor and implementation partner on release activities, incident resolution, and integration tasks tied to the product roadmap
