Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and enhance SaaS data solutions within client environments, guiding them from onboarding to sustained use and performance improvements
- Lead technical execution of SaaS deployments, ensuring seamless integration with client data systems, processes, and operational frameworks
- Engage in extended client projects to deeply understand business needs and serve as a reliable technical advisor over time
- Create scalable integration designs, data workflows, and architectural blueprints tailored to client-specific SaaS deployments
- Deliver production-grade solutions by aligning product limitations with client demands and adhering to engineering best practices
- Partner with product, engineering, and client teams to shape product development, feature enhancements, and deployment strategies
- Guide junior engineers with expertise in SaaS integration patterns, implementation methods, and sound software engineering principles
- Support the growth of internal knowledge systems by sharing insights, reusable components, and proven implementation approaches
- Suggest product, configuration, or architectural improvements based on hands-on client deployment experience
- Develop clean, sustainable, and thoroughly documented solutions that meet both product standards and client requirements
- Advance personal expertise through real-world project delivery, professional certifications, and diverse industry exposure
