Responsibilities
- Construct and refine scalable data pipelines for handling structured and unstructured data in Hadoop and cloud-based systems.
- Design and implement data pipelines, models, and analytical frameworks that deliver clear, usable insights to stakeholders.
- Build automation tools and self-service features to increase data access and streamline analytics workflows.
- Develop standardized, automated data processes to assist business teams and minimize manual intervention.
- Lead data engineering initiatives of varying size and complexity, working both independently and collaboratively.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and product groups in key roles to deliver reliable, full-cycle data solutions.
- Assist in defining, designing, and building analytic data assets and data-driven products.
- Uphold and improve data engineering standards, governance, and scalable system designs across Hadoop and cloud platforms.
- Engage in research and development, infrastructure upgrades, and cross-team technical collaborations.
