Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize cloud-based data solutions using AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, and Step Functions to support real-time and batch processing needs.
  • Design and manage ETL/ELT workflows and event-driven data ingestion systems across PostgreSQL, Redshift, and DynamoDB, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Apply Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation to deploy and manage cloud resources efficiently and securely.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to turn business requirements into scalable, maintainable data solutions.
  • Support data governance initiatives by implementing standards for quality, security, and compliance across data platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

You bring at least two years of hands-on experience in cloud data engineering, with a strong foundation in Python and SQL. You’re comfortable working across containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, and you have practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and multi-database systems.

  • Proficiency in AWS data services including Lambda, Glue, and Step Functions
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automated deployment workflows
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as QuickSight is a plus
  • Interest in emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development and intelligent automation

Environment and Impact

You’ll work in an entrepreneurial, values-driven environment that emphasizes belonging, continuous growth, and practical innovation.
