Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in comparable mission-critical environments
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Capable of adhering to established protocols and operational guidelines
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Adaptable to a dynamic 24/7 operational setting with willingness to work evenings, weekends, and off-hours as required
- Self-directed with a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
- Holds a BICSI Technician certification
- Experience installing and resolving issues in low-voltage systems
- Practical background in fiber optic splicing
- Functional understanding of Inside Plant (ISP) practices, including fiber and electrical cabling, labeling in compliance with telecom standards; technical proficiency with modern transport equipment and critical infrastructure such as generators, HVAC, high-voltage electrical systems, and DC power systems in telecom environments
- Familiarity with VISIO and Microsoft Office applications
- Skilled in analytical problem-solving and fault isolation
