Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and update integrated project timelines (Primavera P6, MS Project) for design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Implement and uphold the company’s safety protocols; foster a zero-incident environment among all subcontractors.
- Facilitate coordination between CSA and MEP trades, addressing and resolving on-site conflicts promptly.
- Monitor and communicate daily progress, expenditures, earned value, and resource allocation; create recovery plans when necessary.
- Ensure on-site quality assurance and quality control, material submittals, RFI, and change-order processes are verified.
- Collaborate with Design, Procurement, Commissioning, and Operations teams to ensure smooth transitions between project phases.
- Lead the creation of scopes of work and technical exhibits for critical path trades and packages.
- Oversee the execution of construction contracts from award to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and technical specifications.
- Supervise contractor compliance with key deliverables, payment schedules, reporting requirements, and site-specific guidelines.
