Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence systems from concept to deployment
- Develop scalable dimensional models including star schemas and conformed dimensions
- Manage end-to-end delivery phases from requirements gathering through optimization and ongoing support
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of data and analytics platforms
- Lead cloud deployment and ensure production readiness of analytical systems
- Take ownership of solution success, user adoption, and iterative enhancements
- Convert business needs into robust, scalable data solutions
- Design and manage scalable ETL and ELT data pipelines for enterprise reporting
- Lead the creation of data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment workflows
- Implement frameworks for data quality assurance, validation, and monitoring
- Integrate high-volume data from diverse sources such as APIs, relational databases, SaaS platforms, and file formats
- Enhance and unify BI systems operating across on-premises and cloud environments
- Lead technical architecture discussions and design sessions
- Serve as a strategic liaison between business objectives and technical execution
- Mentor and guide teams of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts
- Enforce standards in data governance, stewardship, security, and compliance
- Define and promote best practices in data modeling, pipeline development, visualization, and performance tuning
- Deliver enterprise-grade solutions that are reusable, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals
