Responsibilities
- Create and manage enterprise-level data architecture, including data models, flowcharts, and integration frameworks
- Establish and uphold architectural standards, governance policies, and documentation protocols
- Build scalable and adaptable data solutions aligned with cloud-native and modern data warehousing principles
- Lead the development and deployment of data integration pipelines and cross-system APIs
- Design and optimize data models, database structures, and overall architecture performance
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and developers to ensure consistent, high-performing system designs
- Guide and mentor engineers on the Data Practice team, including full-stack developers utilizing the data infrastructure
- Manage organization-wide strategies for data quality, lineage tracking, and security controls
- Advise on the implementation and use of big data platforms, ETL tools, and modern cloud technologies
- Support strategic planning through architectural evaluations, proof-of-concept projects, and solution roadmaps
