Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle localization initiatives, covering planning, team assignment, timeline oversight, and final release of content in multiple languages.
- Develop detailed project documentation, including briefs, handover materials, quality standards, and performance tracking tools for international teams.
- Organize and integrate local reviewers, freelance language professionals, subject experts, and translation suppliers into workflows.
- Collaborate with quality analysts to implement linguistic evaluation systems, scoring methods, error classification, and assessment criteria.
- Track project expenditures, budgets, and profitability to maintain alignment with defined performance indicators.
- Conduct quality audits, lead reviewer alignment meetings, and manage iterative feedback processes to resolve language discrepancies and enhance consistency.
- Assist in maintaining client relationships by acting as the main point of contact, identifying potential risks early, and resolving delivery obstacles promptly.
