About the Role

This role involves managing end-to-end data projects, aligning analytics efforts with business goals, and supporting teams in delivering actionable insights through structured planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of data-focused projects from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
  • Develop project timelines, milestones, and resource plans
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ensure data deliverables meet accuracy, completeness, and usability requirements
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Maintain documentation for project workflows and decisions
  • Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to prioritize tasks
  • Translate business needs into technical project requirements
  • Track project budgets and resource allocation
  • Lead regular status meetings and update stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices
  • Onboard and guide team members on project processes
  • Manage dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Assist in defining success metrics for analytics projects
  • Promote data literacy across project teams
  • Evaluate tools and methodologies to enhance project efficiency
  • Support change management related to data systems
  • Contribute to post-project evaluations and lessons learned
  • Work closely with external partners when applicable
  • Ensure alignment with organizational strategic goals
