Responsibilities
- Lead product analytics including conversion tracking, user retention, drop-off points, and audience segmentation. Establish and maintain event naming standards and ensure accurate data collection at scale.
- Lead analysis of risk and fraudulent activity, including transaction irregularities, account misuse, and promotional abuse. Develop detection logic and coordinate response protocols with operations teams.
- Integrate artificial intelligence and automation into analytical processes, including real-time anomaly detection, predictive modeling for user churn and fraud, and natural language query systems to minimize manual reporting.
- Design, implement, and oversee end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring robust data flow from source systems to analytical environments across commerce, payment, and digital wallet platforms.
- Track overall product performance, identify data discrepancies, and monitor financial settlements. Communicate critical findings to engineering and external partners for resolution.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Metabase to empower product, operations, and executive teams with timely, self-service access to key metrics.
