Shape the future of finance operations by leading process analysis and system enhancements in a fully remote role. In this position, you'll work across Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Revenue Recognition to identify inefficiencies, close control gaps, and implement sustainable improvements using data-driven insights.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end requirement gathering for finance transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
- Analyze existing financial workflows to uncover automation potential and recommend solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Support implementation and testing of ERP and CRM systems, validating configurations and ensuring smooth deployment of new functionalities.
- Design and maintain standardized operating procedures, documentation, and training resources to enable global adoption of best practices.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Lean methodologies to manage project timelines, track deliverables, and support large-scale change programs.
- Guide junior team members by sharing expertise in financial systems, data modeling, and process optimization techniques.
What You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least six years of hands-on experience in finance operations.
- Proven skill in Excel, including Power Query, complex formulas, and VBA scripting for automating repetitive tasks.
- Direct experience with ERP and CRM platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or similar tools for building reports and analyzing financial data.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks and a track record in delivering system or process transformation projects.
