This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing operational data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. As a Data Analyst, you will manage core data elements including menu items, pricing, fees, and customer and vendor records. Your work will directly support accurate financial and operational reporting across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain item data, including new menu items, in D365
- Manage pricing models, service fees, and related configurations
- Create and update customer and vendor master records
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across the D365 platform
- Respond to on-demand reporting requests using SQL and reporting tools
- Extract and validate data from ERP systems to support business insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot data issues
- Identify ways to streamline data workflows and improve system performance
- Document procedures for data management and reporting processes
Qualifications
Candidates must have strong SQL skills and the ability to interpret business needs into actionable data solutions. You should be highly detail-oriented, with solid analytical capabilities and clear communication skills.
Experience with ERP systems—particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365—is preferred. Background in managing financial or operational data and familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools are strong advantages.
