Responsibilities
- Evaluates the integrity and reliability of data, systems, and operational functions
- Generates reports and maintains consistent operational performance
- Investigates emerging data sources and advanced analytical technologies
- Creates routine daily, weekly, and monthly activity summaries and responds to urgent data requests
- Assists in the preparation of MSR and related deliverables
- Supports innovation in product development and enhances methods of product delivery and presentation
- Stays informed about organizational, departmental, and client-impacting issues and events
- Operates and provides support for database platforms and analytical software
- Engages stakeholders and end users promptly and appropriately in data gathering and query processes
- Promotes inclusiveness by respecting diverse viewpoints and ensuring all individuals feel respected and included
- Takes part in biannual mass-casualty preparedness exercises and remains on standby for emergency response
- Completes mandatory compliance training, including client-specific and regulatory requirements for certification
- May be assigned additional duties beyond those listed, as necessary
