Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Develop and maintain SQL queries for data retrieval and transformation
- Design and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements and reporting needs
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
- Identify trends and patterns in healthcare-related data
- Support data validation and quality assurance processes
- Translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Document data logic, processes, and report specifications
- Optimize reporting workflows for efficiency and scalability
- Use data visualization tools to present findings clearly
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving data systems
- Assist in the development of dashboards for performance tracking
- Maintain understanding of data governance policies
- Support audits and compliance reviews with accurate data reporting
- Troubleshoot data issues and implement corrective actions
- Work with database administrators to improve query performance
