About the Role
This position goes beyond routine reporting or handling isolated requests. It is a core analytics role focused on shaping how data informs decision-making across Risk, Credit, Fraud, Product, Growth, and Finance. The individual will define measurement frameworks for critical business questions and convert ambiguous problems into reliable, scalable analytical solutions. Success means owning high-impact challenges end-to-end, with work that directly affects capital allocation, credit policies, and growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards used by executive and operational teams
- Examine transactional, customer, and credit data to inform decisions in credit risk, fraud detection, anti-money laundering, portfolio performance, unit economics, and growth initiatives
- Create automated workflows and data processing pipelines using SQL, Python, or equivalent tools
- Collaborate directly with leaders in Risk, Product, Growth, Finance, and Compliance on strategic projects
- Transform unclear or complex business questions into structured data analyses, clear measurements, and practical insights
- Lead essential compliance reporting tasks for the Risk function
