BuchhaltungsButler is seeking a Data Analyst & Growth Marketing Manager to join its dynamic SaaS team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a cross-channel growth strategy and conducting data-driven experiments to fuel our expansion. This position offers the flexibility to be fully remote or hybrid from our Berlin office.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a cross-channel growth strategy across channels like SEO, SEA, Paid Social, and Email.
- Plan and execute data-driven experiments, including A/B tests, landing page optimizations, and funnel improvements.
- Build and scale performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, managing budgets with agency support.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to optimize the entire user lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development and growth marketing, ideally within a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Datastudio.
- An independent, experimental working style with a passion for testing ideas and learning quickly.
- Fluency in both German and English.

- Experience with financial accounting, payroll accounting, or similar tasks.
