Responsibilities

  • Work with teams across the organization to establish key performance indicators and address strategic business questions.
  • Create dashboards and reports designed to prompt action, not just track data.
  • Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns, potential risks, and areas for growth.
  • Establish and manage essential business metrics to align team objectives.
  • Maintain and enhance dimensional data models, including fact and dimension tables in the data warehouse.
  • Develop and manage data transformation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Support initiatives to improve data quality, documentation practices, and reporting standards.
  • Assist in forecasting efforts, experiment analysis, and modeling projects involving prediction or inference.
