Work closely with operational teams across Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Engagement to understand and define analytical requirements.
Develop clear visualizations, analyses, and dashboards using claims, pharmacy, FHIR, Elevate, and internal data sources.
Create customer-facing summaries that demonstrate program impact, support joint operating committee materials, and monitor progress toward service level agreements.
Support data model development by designing documented data transformations and collaborating with analytics engineers to maintain alignment with reporting needs.
Ensure data integrity by monitoring quality across dashboards and reporting systems.
Identify data anomalies, investigate root causes, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues affecting downstream reports.
