Arca Continental is looking for a Data Analyst and Translator to prepare and document analyses that support communication and development of advanced analytics capabilities within the organization. Your work will enable the deployment of use cases with benefits in increasing sales, reducing costs, or improving asset utilization.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and compile business needs from different areas to propose solutions that facilitate value creation and capture.
- Analyze and operate case follow-up, supporting their development through the three stages of the analytical process.
- Ensure and record the implementation of business models in selected areas to maximize value capture.
- Verify and inspect mathematical models of projects, generating reports that validate their alignment with business needs.
- Collect and consolidate operational incidents in models to diagnose improvement opportunities and increase value creation.
- Develop and facilitate communication of improvements in advanced analytics projects, seeking rapid and effective adoption.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Physics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Business Intelligence, Economics, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in similar positions or responsibilities.
- Business analysis and requirements management: value prioritization, use case traceability.
- Quantitative modeling and analytics: statistical/mathematical techniques, model validation, sensitivity and performance analysis (A/B, experimentation).
- Programming tools: Python/R, advanced SQL, Databricks, visualization (Power BI/SAP BO), DevOps, AI/Machine Learning, data pipelines.
- Model implementation and operation: model lifecycle, integration into operational processes, data governance, and monitoring.
