As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with product teams to extract, interpret, and communicate data that directly influences product development and strategy. Based in Hanoi, you'll be instrumental in turning raw data into clear, actionable intelligence that improves both platform performance and customer outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Design and manage interactive PowerBI dashboards to support decision-making across departments
- Analyze user behavior, feature usage, and product metrics to uncover patterns and opportunities
- Collaborate with clients during data migration, ensuring accurate mapping and documentation
- Translate complex findings into straightforward reports and visualizations for stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define data needs and deliver tailored insights
- Highlight trends and recommend data-backed improvements to enhance product effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in data analysis, ideally within a product or SaaS setting
- Strong command of PowerBI for creating intuitive, real-time dashboards
- Ability to grasp business contexts and align analysis with organizational goals
- Proficiency in English for internal and client communication
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow within a fast-evolving environment
