Responsibilities
- Create and manage interactive, scalable reports in Looker to deliver company-wide insights and transparency.
- Maintain ownership of LookML models, explores, and dashboards to ensure consistency and usability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to define reporting needs and solve complex business questions.
- Develop efficient, readable SQL queries and construct robust data models in dbt to transform raw data into structured, trustworthy datasets.
- Establish data quality validation processes and comprehensive documentation to ensure reporting accuracy and organizational trust.
- Investigate complex data sets, identify patterns, solve challenging problems, and deliver actionable insights to leadership teams.
- Progress into data engineering tasks such as building data pipelines, orchestrating workflows using Airflow or Cloud Composer, and integrating data across internal and external systems as needed.
