Responsibilities
- Support the Business Operations unit within the IT Project Management Office by delivering data analysis services for the Exchange.
- Integrate, collaborate on, and deploy solutions across multiple platforms, databases, and data architectures.
- Engage with IT, business, vendor, and other stakeholder groups to convert business requirements into actionable data models and solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and operational units to compile and unify heterogeneous data sets in various formats to generate operational insights.
- Lead initiatives in data warehousing and conduct cross-source data analysis across transactional, operational, device, and other data systems.
- Work alongside development, operations, and testing teams to analyze, correct, validate, and extract data to meet business demands.
- Examine workflows, data inputs, and related datasets to build contextual awareness of business objectives and deliver process and transactional intelligence tools.
- Perform additional tasks such as business process design, EDI error investigation, solution design, statistical evaluation, dashboard creation, query review, issue resolution, data modeling, and technical documentation.
