Responsibilities
- Analyze large volumes of game and player data to identify patterns, trends, and dynamics, and turn them into clear business conclusions.
- Translate findings into practical recommendations for product improvements, highlighting what works, what doesn’t, and what opportunities to explore
- Perform deep-dive investigations into performance anomalies or game features to explain what happened and why
- Collaborate with game designers, product managers, and developers to shape hypotheses and validate them through experimentation.
- Support development and testing of predictive models (e.g., player LTV, churn, bonus optimization).
- Communicate complex insights in a simple, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Help define metrics frameworks for new products or features, expanding high-level requirements with your analytical thinking and product insights.
- Build dashboards and reports to help stakeholders monitor key KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to find the story in the data: uncovering trends and explaining them in clear business terms.
- Strong experience in SQL (BigQuery, PostgreSQL, or similar), and comfort working with large datasets.
- Solid knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Practical experience with Python for data analysis and modeling.
- Familiarity with statistical testing, experimentation, and predictive modeling techniques.
- University degree in mathematics / computer science / technology / engineering
- English B2+

- Knowledge of the iGaming industry or understanding of slot game mechanics
- Ability to look at games from players' point of view.
