About the Role
This position involves leading high-impact data and AI initiatives for enterprise clients, combining strategic insight with technical execution to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client projects involving data engineering, analytics, and digital evolution, spanning strategy definition to practical deployment.
- Provide strategic guidance to executive leaders on data architecture, governance models, and technology selection to deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Design and deploy large-scale data platforms, processing pipelines, and cloud-based systems using technologies such as Azure, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Manage and enhance ETL and ELT workflows, data integration methods, and data quality standards for major organizations with complex data environments.
- Convert strategic business goals into executable technical plans, aligning innovation with long-term scalability and operational efficiency.
- Coach and grow teams of consultants and client personnel, promoting technical mastery, continuous improvement, and strong performance.
- Support business growth by developing proposals, leading client presentations, and contributing to market-facing content and service offerings.
- Maintain deep expertise in evolving fields including data engineering, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure advancements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data strategy, enterprise data platforms, or digital transformation roles.
- Proven track record leading technical teams and client engagements in consulting or systems integration.
- Strong expertise in cloud data platforms including Azure, AWS, and Snowflake.
- Hands-on experience with data integration tools, ETL/ELT frameworks, and data governance practices.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning workflows and platforms such as Databricks.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage C-level executives and technical teams.
- Experience in proposal development and client acquisition processes.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) or data architecture.
- Background in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or energy.
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of data privacy frameworks and compliance standards.
