Responsibilities
- Assist in building AI-driven automation systems that improve internal engineering and operations workflows, gaining hands-on experience in full-cycle development and deployment.
- Collaborate with data team members to create and integrate agentic workflows, emphasizing connections between AI agents and key internal data sources and APIs for real-world data handling.
- Help manage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems by supporting data ingestion, vectorization, and upkeep of internal knowledge bases including Notion, JIRA, and Slack data.
- Create tracking methods and visualization dashboards to measure performance improvements from implemented AI agent solutions.
- Develop internal prototypes and proof-of-concept bots under guidance from the Data team to explore practical applications of agentic AI technologies.
