Responsibilities

- Ensure data is accurately migrated to the new system
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the implementation cycle
- Support quality assurance testing for client environments
- Adapt implementation plans based on client needs
- Assist in writing user guides and technical documentation
- Coordinate with project managers to track progress
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation workflows
- Serve as primary point of contact for client technical queries
- Ensure compliance with data handling standards
- Follow up on post-implementation support needs
- Gather feedback to enhance user experience
- Work across time zones to support Danish-speaking clients
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Stay updated on product updates and new features
- Assist in onboarding new implementation team members
- Participate in client review meetings
