What You'll Do
- Assist in the recruitment process by identifying and sourcing candidates.
- Communicate with candidates in Danish through calls, emails, and social media.
- Conduct initial interviews and screenings to evaluate qualifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions.
- Collaborate with experienced recruiters to learn job requirements.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your recruitment skills.
- Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish (written and spoken).
- No previous recruitment experience is necessary.
- Strong communication skills to engage with candidates.
- A proactive attitude towards learning recruitment processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to engage in training to acquire tools and knowledge.
- Availability for a 3-month fully paid training in Greece.
