About the Role
This position involves assisting in the growth and implementation of dance education programs, including curriculum design support, community engagement, and administrative coordination to enhance program accessibility and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and refining dance curriculum materials for various skill levels
- Support outreach initiatives to expand program participation in local communities
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for hybrid and in-person dance instruction
- Collaborate with instructors to align teaching content with learning objectives
- Gather feedback from students and staff to improve program quality
- Maintain up-to-date records of curriculum versions and program updates
- Identify opportunities for new course offerings and program partnerships
- Assist in developing promotional materials for dance programs
- Track enrollment trends and report on program performance metrics
- Facilitate communication between administrative staff and teaching faculty
- Organize workshops and demonstration classes to engage prospective students
- Support grant applications and funding proposals related to curriculum development
- Ensure curriculum complies with educational and safety standards
- Contribute to digital resource management for online learning components
- Participate in team meetings to plan program growth strategies
