Responsibilities
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 ERP solutions in Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Commerce based on functional requirements, while also gathering needs and drafting technical documentation.
- Collaborate with technical team members and business stakeholders to build solutions aligned with Microsoft's recommended practices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by functional consultants and end clients.
- Manage the technical resolution of support tickets in coordination with the Application Administrator.
- Oversee the integration and functionality of third-party ISV software within D365 F&O.
- Conduct peer reviews of developed code to ensure consistency, quality, and shared understanding across the team.
- Develop proof-of-concept implementations and assess compatibility of potential ISV integrations.
- Deliver training sessions for internal teams and business users on relevant systems and processes.
- Ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery of high-quality project outputs by overseeing key deliverables.
