Join a forward-thinking team as a D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management Consultant, focused on delivering expert-level support and strategic guidance to clients. In this role, you will take ownership of functional performance and system stability, with a strong emphasis on Supply Chain Management capabilities including Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on functional support for D365 FSCM, ensuring issues are resolved within defined service targets
- Serve as a trusted advisor on Supply Chain modules, guiding clients through best practices and process improvements
- Diagnose and resolve complex business and technical challenges across finance and operations
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance system adoption and streamline workflows
- Identify patterns in support requests and recommend preventive solutions or optimizations
- Collaborate with global team members to maintain consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Support release cycles, testing, and deployment of updates and enhancements
- Contribute to internal knowledge resources and help shape support methodologies
- Spot opportunities for expanded services that deliver measurable client value
- Maintain relationships with Microsoft and third-party partners when integration or escalation is needed
- Stay current with platform updates, certifications, and emerging tools in the Microsoft ecosystem
What You Bring
- Proven experience implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
- Deep functional knowledge of Supply Chain modules and end-to-end operational processes
- Familiarity with Finance components such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Budgeting
- Background in managed services or post-go-live support environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication abilities for interacting with clients and cross-functional teams
- Experience with integrations, reporting tools, and ISV solutions
- Working knowledge of Power Platform, automation, and cloud-based systems
- Exposure to multi-entity or global client environments
- Microsoft certifications are a plus
