Responsibilities
- Communicate with Czech-speaking clients through various channels to assist them with their travel inquiries and bookings.
- Provide tailored recommendations on travel destinations, packages, and accommodations based on individual client preferences.
- Create customized travel itineraries that ensure an unforgettable travel experience for every client.
- Address and resolve customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions in our CRM system for seamless service and follow-up.
- Stay informed about travel trends and destination highlights to enhance client engagement and recommendations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken)
- Ability to manage client issues and provide effective, timely solutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Open and excited about the opportunity to be based in picturesque Greece while working remotely
Nice to Have
- English proficiency is advantageous
- Experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a relevant field is preferred
