Responsibilities
- Design and build tailored SharePoint solutions aligned with business needs
- Set up and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts
- Develop customized forms and document templates
- Connect SharePoint content with external third-party systems
- Offer technical assistance and support to end users
- Enforce security policies and manage access permissions in SharePoint
- Evaluate system performance and resolve technical issues
- Work jointly with onshore and offshore development teams
- Partner with UI/UX designers to deliver modern, responsive interfaces
- Integrate front-end SharePoint components with backend services
- Participate in peer code reviews under technical leadership
- Lead coordination with offshore teams and oversee task execution
- Manage project deliverables, risks, and issue tracking
- Drive resolution of problems and ensure timely closure
- Support testing, validation, and deployment processes
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the development cycle
