Responsibilities
- Create and sustain advanced software frameworks that are reusable, scalable, and aligned with industry benchmarks for performance and reliability.
- Champion coding standards and design patterns across development teams to ensure consistency and promote engineering efficiency.
- Design and deploy secure, high-throughput frameworks compatible with both cloud and on-premises infrastructure, utilizing cloud-native platforms such as AWS.
- Provide strategic technical guidance by monitoring advancements in technology and integrating relevant innovations into organizational practices.
- Analyze current frameworks and processes to detect inefficiencies and implement targeted enhancements.
- Act as a technical authority, advising business and technology stakeholders on critical technology decisions and long-term strategy.
- Lead proof-of-concept projects to assess the viability of emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Implement and oversee identity and access management protocols including RBAC, OAuth2.0, SCIM, WebAuthN, OPA, and PBAC.
- Integrate strong security measures such as encryption, data protection, and risk mitigation into all IAM systems and workflows.
- Monitor evolving IAM trends and security threats to recommend and deploy proactive improvements.
- Foster innovation by incorporating modern technologies like cloud computing and data streaming into core frameworks, while mentoring engineering teams in continuous learning and technical growth.
