Too Good To Go is hiring a CX Specialist (French, Italian & English) – Saturday to Wednesday

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Customer Service or Account Management
  • Fluency in French, Italian, and English, both written and spoken, for interacting with users and partners.
  • Excellent communication skills to inspire and set high standards.
  • Experience with CRMs such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot, or SAP.
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys assisting others, building positive relationships, and resolving conflicts with users and partners.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a marketplace, large platform, or the Food Industry

100% remote within Portugal, with a fixed working schedule of Saturday through Wednesday.
