Too Good To Go is hiring a CX Specialist (French, Italian & English) – Saturday to Wednesday

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service or Account Management
  • Full written and verbal proficiency in French, Italian & English to communicate with users and partners.
  • Experience working with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or SAP.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience working in a marketplace, a big platform, or the Food Industry
