Responsibilities
- Manage and execute import and export operations in full compliance with customs and fiscal regulations.
- Validate and approve customs entries and all related documentation.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, and suppliers to ensure correct and timely movement of goods.
- Administer special permits, procedures, and legal documents required for imports.
- Ensure compliance with national and international standards and regulations (IATF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, C‑TPAT, OEA).
- Collaborate with the logistics department to support physical dispatch and correct classification of goods.
- Perform monthly data analysis and maintain accurate internal documentation and records.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and government agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customs operations or foreign trade within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of customs, fiscal, and foreign trade regulations.
- Experience coordinating with customs brokers and handling documentation and permits.
- Ability to perform data analysis and maintain organized legal records.
- Advanced English proficiency for business communication.
- High attention to detail, responsibility, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities.
- Availability to support critical or time‑sensitive operations.
