Responsibilities

- Conduct regular business reviews to track progress and ROI
- Develop use cases and success stories to demonstrate impact
- Support renewal and retention efforts through proactive engagement
- Work cross-functionally to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and customer landscapes
- Advocate for customer needs internally
- Create executive-level presentations and reports
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and delivered outcomes
- Monitor customer health metrics and intervene when necessary
- Facilitate workshops to uncover new opportunities
