About the Role

This role is responsible for building strong relationships with key customers and guiding them to achieve measurable outcomes using the platform. The individual will act as a trusted advisor, aligning technology capabilities with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Collide with customer leadership to understand strategic goals and challenges
  • Design and deliver customized success plans aligned with client objectives
  • Translate technical capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholders
  • Lead onboarding and adoption initiatives for high-priority accounts
  • Identify expansion opportunities through ongoing customer engagement
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth project rollouts
  • Gather and share customer feedback to influence product development
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track progress and ROI
  • Develop use cases and success stories to demonstrate impact
  • Support renewal and retention efforts through proactive engagement
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and customer landscapes
  • Advocate for customer needs internally
  • Create executive-level presentations and reports
  • Ensure alignment between customer expectations and delivered outcomes
  • Monitor customer health metrics and intervene when necessary
  • Facilitate workshops to uncover new opportunities
  • Drive adoption through training and best practice sharing
  • Track and report on customer engagement activities
  • Stay current with platform updates and new features
  • Build trust through consistent, value-driven interactions
  • Use data to validate customer success and inform strategy
  • Escalate critical issues with clear context and recommendations
  • Balance multiple customer accounts without compromising quality
  • Promote long-term loyalty and partnership growth

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in business or technology-related field

  • Experience in utility or infrastructure industries
