Foundry for Good is hiring a Customer / Upsell Marketing Specialist

About the Role

This position is responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies that increase customer lifetime value by driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities while enhancing overall customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop targeted campaigns to encourage existing customers to upgrade or expand their services
  • Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for revenue growth
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand new features and offerings
  • Create messaging that aligns with customer needs and business goals
  • Manage end-to-end execution of email and in-app marketing initiatives
  • Track and report on campaign performance using key metrics
  • Optimize customer journeys to improve conversion rates
  • Work with data analysts to segment audiences effectively
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Support customer onboarding and education efforts
  • Gather feedback to inform marketing strategy improvements
  • Coordinate with customer success teams to align outreach
  • Maintain marketing calendars and timelines
  • Test subject lines, content formats, and CTAs for effectiveness
  • Use CRM tools to monitor customer interactions
  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies focused on retention
  • Identify moments of customer satisfaction for upsell timing
  • Produce content for renewal and expansion communications
  • Monitor industry trends in customer marketing
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership
  • Contribute to A/B testing frameworks
  • Manage vendor relationships for external marketing support
  • Support integration of marketing automation tools
  • Help maintain documentation for marketing processes
